The Employee Free Choice Act, the most important piece of labor legislation in the last 50 years, will likely come up for a vote in Congress in July. The bill would ensure that workers could decide on their own whether or not they want to form a union -- without intimidation, threats, or harassment from corporate bosses -- and would help employers and workers reach fair contracts.
